Lisa has experience of working in Corporate Social Responsibility in global organisations. As Head of Partnerships and Social Impact at O2 (Telefonica UK), she led award-winning initiatives to help keep families safe online; to promote digital wellbeing and to campaign against online bullying.
As Global Corporate Responsibility Director for InterContinental Hotels Group, Lisa developed and implemented a worldwide sustainability strategy, authored the Responsible Business Report and managed all responsible business stakeholder communications. She led global volunteering and fundraising initiatives for 375,000 colleagues. Lisa also managed the IHG Corporate charity.
Lisa started her career in Marketing and has many years’ experience of building great brands. She truly believes that by making responsible business core to strategy, we can deliver sustainable success.
